Privacy / GDPR Notes
AccessGate stores only the information needed to provide gated access, approval requests, creator management, and basic security logs.
What AccessGate may store
Depending on the flow, AccessGate may store creator names, creator emails, client/user emails, access levels, gate IDs, request notes, approval status, login timestamps, IP/user-agent logs, webhook routing data, and hashed passwords.
Passwords
Passwords are stored as salted hashes. LOIT owners and creators cannot read existing passwords. Password resets require a new password and, where used, manual approval by the creator or LOIT.
Manual approvals
Access, upgrade, creator signup, and password reset requests may be sent to Discord or shown in dashboards so a creator or LOIT can review them manually. Users may need to reconfirm ownership or payment/subscription details with the creator.
Removal or correction
Users can ask the creator or LOIT to correct, remove, block, or reset access records. Creators can remove their own client access records from their dashboard, while LOIT can manage owner-level records when needed.
LetsOrderIt
LetsOrderIt is the source-of-truth platform for broader business actions such as showcases, forms, orders, bookings, subscriptions, delivery, CRM, POS, and chat. AccessGate only manages the gated access layer unless deeper integrations are added later.
